Our Story
A Passion to the English historical city
York, also known as “old York” in contrast to New York, was the former capital of England, and is important historic city for its rich culture, history and political significance.
It is situated midway between London and Edinburgh. Every year, York attracts millions of visitors from all over the world and, after London, it is the city with the second highest number of visitors in England.
You can explore its more then 2,000 years of history or explore York as a living architectural “museum”. It has heritage from the Romans, the Vikings, the Middle Ages, the Tudors, the Georgians, and the Victorians, all of which contribute to today’s modern city.
