Please inform us of your expected arrival time. You will be met on arrival at Betty's Holiday Flat and therefore we would be grateful if you could confirm your arrival time about 1 day before, by telephoning us on 07713 074 065 (any time) or 01904 633314.

Booking Conditions and Prices:

  • We must receive confirmation of your booking within 5 days with a non-refundable deposit of £120 per week.
  • The balance should be sent six weeks before commencement of your stay.
  • Booking cancelled will be charged in full unless we re-let
  • Bookings are from Friday to Friday. Midweek bookings and short breaks may be available on request.
  • Arrival time is between 2:00 pm and 2:30 pm. Departure by 10:00 am.
  • Housekeeping is available during your stay at an additional cost of £10 per hour. This should be arranged when booking. There will be weekly linen change and clean without extra charge.
  • Towels and Linen are included in the price.
  • Cancelation Policy: Once you have booked your holiday accomodation, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable (to cover all the time, effort and other relevant costs). If for whatever reason you cannot take your holiday and the booking cannot be re-let, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full, even we have not yet received your balance. But we will do all our best to re-let it. If we do succeed in re-letting the booking, you are no longer liable for the balance, or we will refund it to you if you have already paid it, less a £45 administration fee. Please note that your deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. For this reason we strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.
